Founder & CEO
With over two decades of experience in sports facility development and educational innovation, our CEO brings a unique vision to SSS Academies. Having successfully launched multiple sports and education ventures, they understand what it takes to create world-class programs that develop both athletic talent and academic excellence.
Their passion for student-athlete development drives every decision at SSS Academies, from facility design to curriculum development. Under their leadership, the academy has secured partnerships with over 14 colleges and established Arizona's first NA3HL team.

Head of Academics
Our Academic Director oversees all educational programming at SSS Academies, ensuring that our student-athletes receive a rigorous, flexible curriculum that prepares them for college success. With extensive experience in alternative education and online learning, they have designed our innovative morning academic schedule that balances rigorous coursework with athletic training demands.
They lead our partnerships with Online School of Arizona and the Alpha1 AI learning platform, bringing cutting-edge educational technology to our students.
Director of College Counseling
Our College Placement Director brings years of experience in collegiate athletics recruitment and academic advising. They work closely with each student-athlete to develop personalized pathways to college, whether through athletic scholarships, academic merit, or a combination of both.
With established relationships at universities nationwide, they ensure our graduates have access to the best opportunities for continuing their athletic and academic careers.

Director of Athletics
Our Athletic Director brings championship-level experience to SSS Academies. With a background in multi-sport program development and athlete management, they oversee all six sports programs and ensure coordination between coaching staffs, training schedules, and competition calendars.
Their philosophy emphasizes long-term athlete development, proper periodization, and injury prevention while maintaining competitive excellence across all programs.
Director of Hockey Operations
Leading our flagship hockey program, our Hockey Director brings professional and international playing experience to the academy. They have developed players who have gone on to compete at the NCAA Division I level and in professional leagues.
As the architect of Arizona's first NA3HL team, they are building a hockey culture in the desert that will produce elite players for generations to come.
Head of Strength & Conditioning
Our Director of Performance oversees all strength, conditioning, and athletic performance programs at SSS Academies. With certifications from leading sports performance organizations and experience training professional athletes, they design sport-specific training programs that maximize athletic potential while minimizing injury risk.
They lead our Apex Fitness facility and coordinate with all sport-specific coaches to ensure integrated training approaches.

Director of Facility Operations
Our Operations Director ensures that our 181,000 square foot facility runs smoothly every day. From ice maintenance to technology systems, they coordinate all aspects of facility management to provide our student-athletes with the best possible training environment.

Director of Residential Life
Our Student Life Director oversees all aspects of the boarding program, from housing assignments to student activities. They create a home away from home for our student-athletes, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching residential experience.
With experience in residential education and youth development, they understand the unique needs of student-athletes living away from home and provide the structure and support they need to thrive.

Our Admissions Director guides prospective families through the enrollment process, helping them understand if SSS Academies is the right fit for their student-athlete. They lead our recruitment efforts and ensure that we attract talented, dedicated young athletes who will contribute to our community.
