The Apex Fitness Gym is the heart of our athletic development program. This 10,000 square foot facility features professional-grade equipment used by collegiate and professional athletes. Every piece of equipment is selected to maximize athletic performance and support sport-specific training protocols.

Our certified strength and conditioning coaches develop individualized training programs for each athlete based on their sport, position, and development goals. From hockey players building explosive power to volleyball athletes developing vertical leap, our facility has everything needed to reach peak performance.
